Very Important - some people have been asking if this is some kind of course where you have to do all of the activities

No!

You learn Yoga or Tai-chi or Liangong etc as stand alone experiences.

However, everything in this world relates to everything else and the Inward Adventure experience shows you how they are all interconnected and how they can have wonderful and positive affects on your life, though it is up to you to use these skills in anyway that you wish.

If you just want to learn the forms then that is what you do.

It is not an integrated course. You just take from the classes the experiences useful for you, at this moment in time.


If you just want information on the classes and times then go straight to:

~ Admin  for further information relating to classes.


The quality of our lives is dependent on the quaity of our thoughts - what we focus our minds on.

The Inward Adventure experiences have been created by Chris Milford.

He has been learning, practising, developing and teaching Body-Mind integration through:

….. for over 30 years. His passion is helping others to grow.

Chris shows how it is so much more than learning how to 'do' these practices. It is how to use them to allow your life to have more meaning, purpose, direction and fulfilment.
